Mobile Phone Rear Cover Production Standard Workstation
This workstation consists of multiple workstations, covering CNC, TR8 feeding and blanking, TR8 polishing, TR8 robot automatic detection and accessory pasting. Meanwhile, it adopts intelligent camera for accessory detection, and uses high-speed and precision linear motor for probe positioning. There are 3 robots at the workstation working together, thus ensuring precision and high efficiency and stability, which saves up to 12 labors.
Full-automatic Detection Flow Line
One set of Tianji Robot TR8 corresponds to two sets of CNC automatic feeding and blanking devices, so as to ensure stable performance and simple maintenance. Within the workshop, over thousands of CNC lathes see automatic feeding and blanking by robots. After CNC processing is finished, there is no need to wait, but instead Tianji Robot TR8 will automatically replace the products, hence significantly uplifting the production efficiency.
Full-automatic Robot Polishing Line
For different processes of customers, Tianji Robot TR8 adopts single and triple grinding head, in combination with automatic two-layer logistic conveyance, and is equipped with robot feeding and blanking system, which has significantly uplifted the yield for customers as well as product consistency. This polishing line can be applied in grinding and polishing outer parts of various products in 3C industry.
Auto Parts Assembly
This assembly line is consisted of 2-person feeding and blanking position, metal parts assembly unit and 3 sets of switch assembly unit to form 8-position rotary workstation, with switch assembly position cooperating with CCD positioning. The feeding and assembly of switches are done by four-axial mechanical arms. CCD positioning and light-source components are put in place to ensure precise positioning. In metal parts assembly unit, Tianji Robot TR8 is used for visual positioning and grabbing of feeding materials, assembly hole detection, so as to complete side assembly. Tianji Robot TR8 perfectly solves the problems like product assembly angle specificity and route failure to meet requirements, thereby providing efficient, precision and stable services for customers.
Mobile Phone Earphone Plughone Processing Standard Workstation
This workstation is applicable to the processing of earphone plugholes for various mobile phone products. It has fully utilized the advantage of random angle installation of TR8 that adopts the means of upside-down hanging in installation, which has significantly saved the work space. Meanwhile, it can puncture the enclosure of 4pcs mobile phones. With the cooperation of TR8, the repositioning accuracy of the workstation in puncturing can reach ±0.03mm. One set of standard workstation can replace 8 employees (two shifts).
CNC Automatic Discharging and Reclaiming

Robot TR8 deburring in combination with flow line transmission can conduct mass deburring of products, which is more efficient, stable and safer against manual work.
Robot Laser Carving
Before customers make automation modification, one worker operates one laser carving machine. After the modification, one robot can operate the feeding and blanking of 8 sets of laser carving machines, realizing flow line transmission of materials. Tianji is equipped with the abilities to build real-sense unmanned workshop for customers.
